Computational Conversations are simply computations that can pause for user input using rich UI controls. Despite their apparent simplicity, they are surprisingly powerful, and once you’ve seen a few examples, it's hard to unsee the need for them in all sorts of applications. They can be used as a way of structuring AI-enabled apps, but the idea can be used to build conversational experiences without AI, or as a more discoverable way of surfacing functionality within a traditional application.
